This invention refers to a device comprising a base for fixing to a wall which uses conventional means. This base can be connected to an intermediate structure provided with a piston that can move in vertical, is curved and extends forming a support for at least one sponge or treatment elements. This piston is connected to a handle such that when the user actuates the handle, which when it is operated by the user, the sponges or treatment elements rise or descend, producing a rubbing over the back or another rear area of the body.
