New B&B overlooking the sea and surrounded with a park of 10,000 sqm. Located on the promontory to the north-east of Sperlonga, Latina (LT), on a panoramic stretch of coast between the most beautiful of the Riviera di Ulisse. The charming town with its wide beaches it is easy to reach in only 5/10 minute drive. The building was inspired by a typical Mediterranean house where the predominant color of the walls white and blue ceramics of Vietri floor, which recall those of our natural beauty, broken only by verdant meadows. Casa Mediterranea can offer 2 different types of accommodation: Double rooms or suites /apartments of 40 sqm with kitchen and refrigerator that can accommodate up to 5 people, quiet, comfortable and have private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV and safe, have been named by the name of the islands that you can see inside them. Some are accompanied by a small terrace and private garden, in addition to the large space outside of the structure. Casa Mediterranea is a perfect romantic place for couples as suitable for families with children can enjoy a play area and apartments with a small garden. There is a bar where guests can enjoy drinks or meals. Parking, swimming pool, solarium with sun beds and umbrellas, high speed internet with free Wi Fi.
The bed and breakfast enjoys a daily cleanliness, sea view, bicycles available and is also suitable for children and pets are allowed.
The tourist area located near the bed and breakfast is the Riviera di Ulisse.
