The bed and breakfast Eremo Delle Grazie is located in Spoleto (PG), Umbria. From the terraces you have an amazing view of the city of Spoleto and the Valley of Tesino. The morning breakfast is served in the "apple fritters" cooked according to a recipe of our family. About the history of our structure, between the end of '500 and the '700 Bishop San Vitale and the Cardinal Cybo expanded and enriched with precious decorations this place as their dearly. In the old residence of hermits there are also books and period prints, in fact, the ancient study of Cardinal Cybo, contains many interesting books. Another unique feature of the b&b is the ancient cave where supposedly lived the first anchorite Minolo or Manolo, now become a cellar where wines are stored from 1920 to the present day.
