Requirements are as follows:
•Bachelors Degree in Engineering Preferred
•5 – 10 years minimum experience in maintenance management including strong working knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems and installation of process and packaging lines.
•Previous experience in a frozen food manufacturing company or a public refrigeration warehousing company.
•Willing to travel up to 40% of time.
•A strong background in maintenance/refrigeration along with a working knowledge of refrigeration systems process and packaging lines. This would include installation, start-up, and maintenance of complex processing and packaging lines as well as ammonia refrigeration systems.
•Experience in conducting meetings and good presentation skills.
•Must have good organizational, communication, and planning skills.
•Must have working knowledge of computer based equipment/parts inventory systems.
•Proven experience in effective leadership.

The Senior Manager, Logistics is responsible for all account management, customer service satisfaction and maintenance of employee relations and development for multiple customers. Duties are as follows but not limited to:
•Process Safety Management (PSM) OSHA, CFR 29 1910.119
•Risk Management Plans (RMP) EPA CFR 40, Part 68
•Ensure ammonia refrigerated facilities are maintained and operated in a safe, efficient and compliant manner.
•Ensure ammonia refrigerated facilities have trained, competent, qualified operators and technicians.
•Implement training program for operators and technicians of ammonia refrigerated facilities consistent with good engineering practice which fulfill regulatory requirements.
•Assist facilities with refrigeration system upgrades for continued safe operation or improved efficiency, including mechanical, electrical and control systems.
•Ensure preventive, predictive, proactive type maintenance over reactive type.
•Assist facilities with material handling equipment selection.
•Assist facilities with building envelope issues: roof, wall, vapor barrier etc.
