The minimum age is 25 years old, physically fit and in good health, without any previous medical problems, drugs and alcoholism; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (30 kg) on a daily basis and able to work a minimum of 10 hours a day, 7 days a week; must have a valid passport; is required minimum 5 years of experience in the profession (Quality Hotels and Restaurants); must be able to read and speak English clearly, interpreting documents, such as recipes and manuals. Other languages are considered a surplus. In addition, the candidate must be a serious professional and very proud of his work. Adherence to the rules and regulations of the company, is a must for success at work; he must have a pleasing personality and courteous, presentable and well cared for.
   
job description:  

Apollo Ship Chandlers, catering company for 2 cruise lines is recruiting staff for its Italian restaurants. In particular, research 10 Italian chef, offering a fixed-term employment contract/seasonal and full-time. It also offers accommodation and the expected date the job start immediately. Salaries will be discussed during the interview. The candidate must assists the executive chef in the supervision of the Deck 10 Toscana operations, to be in line with the Company’s Standards; will work with the executive chef to update working schedules for Cooks; ensure the recipe review program is followed through by the CDP’s and head of sections; daily application of the culinary Toscana check list to monitor production and correct preparation; both the Culinary check list and recipe review must be attached to the culinary package for office review; will monitor working hours and fill out report of overtime for payroll purposes; will give proper training to the new crewmembers and follow up on their progress; responsible for maintaining the quality and consistency in taste following recipes and photos provided by the main office; communicates daily with the provision master and the food computer operator to check on product availability; monitor the food production and record leftover; control and provide daily food requisitions to the provision master for the next day preparation according to the order; ensure that the storekeepers from the storeroom to the galleys observe the Company’s Rules and Regulations for transporting all Toscana provisions properly and check the delivery accordingly (quantity&quality); oversee the preparation, presentation and is physically present during service.
